4.  CONTROLS

1   To start the sander 

press the on/off 

switch into the on 

position “I”.

1   Remove the dust 

container from the 

sander by pulling it 

away from the body.

3   Secure the lid back 

on and slide the 

container onto the 

sander.

2   To stop operation, 

press the on/off 

switch into the off 

position “0”.

2   Remove the dust 

container lid and empty 

into a bin.

3.  FITTING & REMOVING THE BATTERY

OPERATION

The detail sander is designed 

to operate with a 1.5Ah 

battery when using the dust 

container, however the 3.0Ah 

and 5.2Ah can be fitted once 

the dust container is removed. 

It is recommended to fit a dust 

extractor when using either the 

3.0Ah or 5.2Ah battery.

1   Align the ribs of the battery 

with the recess below the 

handle.

3   To remove, press and hold 

the battery release tab and 

then slide out.

2   Slide the battery 

into the seating until 

it clicks into place.
