5.  OPERATING THE SAW

1   To turn on, push and hold 

the on/off switch forward.

1   To restart the tool after 

overloading has occurred, 

press the reset button.

2   The tool can then be 

operated as normal.

The mini circular saw is fitted with a safety overload feature which 

will automatically shut down the tool if the saw blade becomes 

jammed. 

2   To turn off, release the on/

off switch.

OPERATION

The tool is recommended for use with a residual current device with 

a rated residual current of 30mA or less.

1   Ensure the cutting depth 

is set and locked to the 

desired depth.

3   Turn the mini circular saw 

on.

5   Use light, continuous 

pressure to complete the 

cut.

2   Place the base of 

the tool flat on the 

work piece.

4   Press the plunge 

release button and 

lower the blade into 

the work piece.

CAUTION:

 OVERHEATING A SAW BLADE 

CAN CAUSE IT TO WARP AND RESULT IN A 

KICKBACK.
