Installing Batteries
The moisture meter requires a 9V battery to operate.
1. Press down lightly and
slide the lid of the battery
compartment off.
2. Attach the battery tab to the
nodes on the battery in the
correct orientation.
3. Tuck the battery into the
compartment and replace
the lid.
Low Battery Indicator
When the low battery icon appears, the batteries are at low charge
and need to be replaced.
Switching The Unit On
1. Press the ‘ON | SET’ button once to switch on the unit.
2. The unit will automatically
power off to conserve battery
after 15 seconds of inactivity.
