MAINTENANCE

Cleaning

Clean the appliance regularly with a damp cloth. Do not use cleaning 

agents or solvents; these may be aggressive to the plastic parts in 

the appliance. Ensure that no water can get into the interior of the 

appliance.

Use a microfibre cloth and a small amount of lens cleaner to clean the  

camera lens.

Storage

Switch off the tool, place it in the storage bag and store it in a dry 

location which is not accessible to unauthorised persons. Remove the 

batteries before storage if the tool will not be in use for a long time.

WARNING! 

BEFORE CLEANING YOUR TOOL OR 

CARRYING OUT ANY MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE, 

MAKE SURE THAT THE POWER SUPPLY HAS BEEN 

REMOVED OR DISCONNECTED TO PREVENT

Switching The Camera On & Off

1.  Press and hold the power 

button for 3 seconds to 

switch the unit on. The power 

indicator will light up and 

the LCD screen will start 

displaying real-time imagery.

2.  Press the power button again briefly to switch the unit off.

Adjusting The LCD Display Contrast

The LCD display has 8 contrast levels to 

make viewing easier onscreen. Press the 

screen contrast button to cycle through the 

levels.

Adjusting The Camera LED Brightness

The camera also has an LED light that can 

be adjusted to make viewing in dark spaces 

easier. Press the LED brightness button to 

cycle through the brightness levels.

Note:

 The LED can also be switch off when 

not required by pressing the LED brightness 

button until the settings bar onscreen is 

empty.

Image Adjustment (Rotate, Mirror, Zoom)

The real-time monitoring displayed onscreen can be rotated 180° and 

/or mirrored if required. Press the rotate button to toggle through the 

view settings.

The image can also be zoomed in on by 

holding down the screen contrast and rotate 

buttons for 3 seonds to change the zoom 

level. The image will cycle between 0x, 1.5x 

and 2x zoom.
