4.  CONTROLS

OPERATION

1   Squeeze the on/off trigger 

to start spraying.

1   Squeeze the trigger 

while aiming at a piece of 

cardboard or scrap.

The regulator dial is a stop that limits the distance the trigger 

can be pressed. This results in less material being sprayed.

Note:

 The further the trigger is pulled back, the more spray.

2   Release the on/off trigger 

to stop spraying.

2   Rotate the regulator dial 

to the required position for 

optimal results.

CAUTION: 

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, 

A RESIDUAL CURRENT DEVICE (RATED 30MA OR LESS) 

MUST BE USED.

5. HOW TO SPRAY

MPS-8000

On/Off Switch

1   To turn the unit on press 

the on/off button down into 

the on position.

2   To turn the unit off press 

the on/off switch again.

1   Ensure the suitable nozzle 

and fluid needle is fitted for 

the paint viscosity.

3   Start away from your 

workpiece and evenly 

control the speed 

of movement while 

maintaining distance and 

angle to the piece.

2   Spray onto scrap material 

to check that the spray 

pattern is correct.

4   Overlap each stroke by 

2cm to achieve an even 

coat.

CAUTION: 

PROTECTIVE CLOTHING SHOULD BE WORN 

DURING OPERATION TO AVOID INJURY.

WARNING: 

NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AIM THE 

NOZZLE AT ANOTHER PERSON OR ANIMAL. THE HIGH 

PRESSURE AT THE NOZZLE COULD CAUSE INJURY.
