2 . PREPARAT I ON
Attaching the Transport Wheels
1. Align the transport wheels
with the mounting holes on
each side of the unit.
2. Push each wheel into
place so they click in
position and can spin
freely.
Attaching the Hose Adaptor
1. Remove plastic protective
cap from water inlet port
and discard.
2. Screw supplied hose
adaptor onto water inlet
port.
Note:
The hose adaptor is
fitted with a mesh inlet filter.
This filter must be in place
to prevent impurities in the
water source from entering
the unit and damaging the pump.
Connecting the Water Supply
This pressure washer requires a pressurised water
source with a maximum pressure of 1.2MPa (174psi). It is
recommended that a reinforced garden hose (with minimum
diameter of 12mm) is used for the inlet connection. It cannot
be used with a bucket and siphon.
1. Run water through your
garden hose to remove
any foreign matter before
attaching to the pump.
2. Attach garden hose
(min.Ø 1/2”) to the hose
adaptor on the water inlet
port of the unit. Always
use a reinforced hose
with a standard coupling
for water inlet. The hose
length
can not be greater
than 8m in length
for proper operation.
Note:
A filter is fitted to the hose adaptor preventing any
debris from entering the pump. Inspect and clean the filter
before use as insufficient water supply could damage the
pump.
3. Pull gently on the hose to ensure the connection is secure.
Connecting the High Pressure Hose
1. Push one end of the
5m pressure hose into
the water outlet port on
the front of the pressure
washer until it clicks into
place.
2. Gently tug on the high
pressure hose to check
that the connection is
secure.
Note
:
To disconnect the high
pressure hose, slide and
hold the quick-release to the
unlock position while pulling
the hose out.
WARNING!
PRESSURISED WATER. SHUT OF WATER
SUPPLY, TURN OFF UNIT AND SQUEEZE THE SPRAY
GUN TRIGGER TO RELIEVE THE PRESSURE BEFORE
DISCONNECTING THE HIGH PRESSURE HOSE.
