PURPOSE:
OxyChem C 210 one-piece coverall is a protective clothing with limited life, Type 6 protection
(according to EN 13034: 2005 + A1: 2009) and Type 5 (according to ISO 13982-1: 2004 + A1: 2010),
intended for protection in in case of potential exposure to light spray, liquid aerosols or low-pressure and
not too abundant spraying of dangerous liquids against which higher chemical resistance is not required,
and against toxic solid particles carried by air (including asbestos fibers).
PROPERTIES:
three-panel hood, two-sided zipper with self-adhesive flap, two-piece cut in stride, elastic cuffs in cuffs,
legs, waist and hood; elastic thumb loop, antielectrostatic properties
FABRIC:
fabric laminated with microporous film (MPFL) 63g / m2, outer layer: polyethylene film, inner
layer: polypropylene fibers
COLOUR:
white
LIMITATIONS:
Exposure to certain chemicals or high concentrations may require higher protective properties through
the material or construction properties of the suit. Such areas can be protected with suits of types 1, 2, 3
and 4. The user will be the only one to assess compliance with the required type of protection and proper
connection of the suit with additional protective equipment.
METHOD OF PUTTING ON AND USING THE SUIT:
Before use, check that the selected product is suitable for the existing hazard and in the correct size
Check visually that the suit is intact (no piercing, no torn seams, etc.)
Remove the suit from the packaging, open the central zipper and put on the suit. Fasten the zipper
completely. In the case of solid particles, it is also recommended to seal the zipper
If protective gloves and/or shoe covers are used, seal the connection of the sleeves and gloves with the
shoe covers with self-adhesive tape.
WARNINGS:
The suit is intended for single use and should be discarded after use
Accepted configuration cannot be modified or changed
If tears, punctures etc. occur, immediately leave the workplace and put on a new suit
Do not remove the suit if the user is still in the danger area
Protective suits with electrostatic properties must not be opened or removed when in a
potentially explosive or flammable atmosphere or carrying explosive, flammable substances.
The person wearing clothing that protects against electrostatic charge should be properly
grounded. The resistance between man and earth should be reduced to less than 10
8
Ω, e.g. by
wearing appropriate footwear
Clothing that protects against electrostatic charge should cover all non-compliant materials during
normal use (including bending and movements)
Measurement of internal leakage is performed using dry aerosol particles (made from a sodium
chloride solution) with a mass median aerodynamic diameter = 0.6 μm
In cases where it is necessary to use additional PPE (such as gloves, footwear, respiratory
protection), they must be compatible with the suit and selected to provide full body protection
and must have at least equivalent chemical protection values.
To provide complete protection, all openings should be closed/sealed.
Extended wearing of chemical suits can cause heat stress.
Overheating and discomfort can be reduced or eliminated by using appropriate undergarments or
appropriate ventilation equipment.
The product is flammable - keep away from fire
TRANSPORT, STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:
The product must be transported and stored in the original packaging in dry rooms away from
sources of light and heat. If the suits are not contaminated, they can be disposed of with solid
municipal waste. If they have been contaminated, they must be disposed of in accordance with
applicable laws and regulations.
LIFETIME:
I
t is suggested to use the product within a period of five years from the date of production written
on label Month and year of production: MM/YYYY
