Step 9
Drive 2 long dowels through the arm dowel to secure it to the
chaise lounge frame.

Attach the front leg assembly to the body of the chaise
using four short bolts and cap nuts as shown.
To attach the wheels, place axel bolt through wheel hole. Slide the
largest washer onto bolt. Next slide the bolt through the leg from the
outside. Slide smaller washer onto bolt. Place hex head nut onto
bolt and tighten with the hex head wrench provided.
Repeat procedure for other wheel.
