Start the monitoring with manual focus 

 

 

The manual focus can be enabled when the system cannot automatically adjust the focus. 

Check the related checkbox in the monitoring options. Then, press Done and click on the Live image of the main 
screen.  A focus slider will appear to manually adjust the focus before launching a monitoring session.
