agents or oil.

Do not use any greasing agents or
oil for the installation.

Any dirt particles, grease or oil
residues must be flushed out of
the pipework before the product is
installed.

When choosing the operating fluid,
up-to-date technological stan-
dards must be taken into account
(e.g. VDI 2035).

1. Create a branch from the supply pipe of the
twin pipe heating system.
2. Route the surface temperature balance
circuit.
Route the heating circuit in a spiral
to achieve an even heat distribu-
tion.
3. Remove the valve’s protection cover and
the front cover of the forming shaft (you
must reposition the protection and front
cover following commissioning) and insert
"Unibox E RTL" into the forming shaft.
