You can detach the handle if you prefer then close the lid

The temperature knob will heat or stop heating
according to the set temperature

the indicator light will

When the food is cooked
,
turn the temperature knob to
counterclockwise to
“
OFF
”;
the indicator light goes out
.
Unplug the fryer from the power outlet
.
Open the lid
.
If the handle is detached
,
attach the handle to the basket
(
Refer to assembly instructions
),
raise the basket and
drain the oil
.

OPERATING THE DEEP FRYER
Turn the temperature knob clockwise to your desired
temperature setting
.
The indicator light will turn ON
.
When the indicator light turns off
(
after approx

5-7
minutes
)
the fryer has reached the corresponding
temperature
.
Open the top lid
.
Attach the handle into basket
(
Refer to assembly
instructions
).
Put the food in the basket
.
Lower the basket into the oil slowly
;
watching the oil level
and foam in order to keep them from reaching the fringe
of the oil container confirming the oil level is appropriate
.
