Attach the Cabinet Skirts (C27, C28, C29) to the bottom panel using M4x10 Bolts (D3x7pcs)
and M4 Nuts (D4x7pcs) as shown. Then fix the left / right cabinet skirts onto the front cabinet
skirt using ST4.0x10 Screws (D1x2pcs) as shown.

Unscrew the retaining bolts and retaining nuts from the Balance Weight (C30). Attach
the balance weight onto the bottom panel using the retaining bolts and retaining nuts
as shown.
