A solid ingredient got stuck
Turn off the device and unplug it. Remove the lid
turning it counter clockwise. Remove the stuck

• Remove the pusher from the feeding chute.
• Make sure that the moving parts stopped. After
that remove detach the cup’s lid turning it counter
clockwise, Pic. D-1.

• Wipe the motor unit with a soft damp cloth. In
order to prevent electrical shock do not immerse
the motor unit into the water.

Thoroughly dry all the parts after cleaning and store
in dry clean place.
