PREPARING ThE DEvICE FOR OPERATION

Carefully remove the device and its accessories from 

the box. Remove all packing materials and promotional 

labels.

Be sure to keep in place the warning decals, directional 

decals (if any) and the device’s serial number plate on 

the body!

Wipe the heating surfaces with a damp cloth and the 

body with a dry cloth.

BEFORE FIRST USE

Before the first use, grease the heating surfaces

and

 with a little vegetable oil, spread it over the 

entire surface, remove excess oil with a paper towel. 

2.  Plug in the device, the indicator light

 will light up. 

3.  Leave the device in the closed position for about 5 

minutes.

NOTE: 

When the device is first heated, the protective 

grease is removed from the surfaces, In this case, a 

short-term release of a small amount of smoke and 

foreign smell is possible. This is permissible and is not 

a defect.

UTILIZATION

1. 

Place the device on a flat, heat-resistant surface. 

Unwind the power cord

 completely. Do not 

place the device directly under an outlet.

2.  Lightly oil the working surfaces

ble oil and close the device.

3.  Connect the device to a power supply with ground-

ing. After switching on, the red indicator

up.

out, you can start cooking.

 and open the device.

6.  Place food carefully on the lower working surface

, beware of burns from possible splashes of fat 

or juice from food. Lower the handle

down on the food a little.

NOTE: 

• 

Beware of steam escaping from gaps between 

working surfaces. Be careful not to place your 

hands or place other exposed areas of your body 

close to the working surfaces.

• 

During operation, the working surfaces and the 

body of the device become very hot; in order to 

avoid burns, do not touch hot surfaces, Pic.A.

7.  After the food is cooked, grasp the handle

raise the top working surface

8.  Place cooked food on a suitable dish using wood or 

heat-resistant kitchen utensils.

9.  Close the device. When the indicator light

 goes 

out, you can continue cooking.

10. The heating indicator

 may go out during cook-

ing. This indicates that the required temperature is 

being maintained.

11. After every preparation, lightly grease the working 

surfaces

 with oil if necessary.

12. The cooking time depends on the food used.

You can check the readiness of the food at any 

time by lifting the cover. Be careful not to get 

hot air or grease splashes on your skin.

age the non-stick coating, Pic. A.

To turn off the device or stop the operation, unplug 

the device. The heating indicator

 will go out.

14. Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning.

Do not use the device to prepare frozen 

food - defrost food before cooking. Do not 

use the grill to defrost food.

• 

Take out the food immediately after cook-

ing; if the food is left in the switched-on 

device for a long time, it may catch fire.

Do not use a brush or other rough objects or abrasive 

materials when cleaning to avoid damaging the non-

Never wash the device in a dishwasher.
