Caution
The head of the anchors installed at the front of the dock must not measure more than
9.5 mm (3/8 in) above the floor as shown above. If the anchor head exceeds this
height, there is risk of collision between the sensor array and the bolt head,
causing potential damage to the Charger Contacts and robot. Removal of the washer
is permitted in this location.

Charge Contact Height Check
1. Place a contact height gauge on the ground and position it over a Charge Contact.

2. Confirm that the Charge Contact is at a height where the charge contacts on the robot will make
appropriate contact when engaged with the Charger Contacts. The Charger Contacts should fit
nicely through the hole on the contact height gauge (see the following diagram).
