8.2 CE-Konformität
Das Produkt erfüllt die Anforderungen der Richtlinie 93/42/EWG für Me-
dizinprodukte. Aufgrund der Klassifizierungskriterien für Medizinprodukte
nach Anhang IX der Richtlinie wurde das Produkt in die Klasse I eingestuft.
Die Konformitätserklärung wurde deshalb von Ottobock in alleiniger Ver-
antwortung gemäß Anhang VII der Richtlinie erstellt.

1.1 Function
The 4WR95=1 lamination anchor features an angled anchor arm which is
to be positioned dorsally. This allows the adapter to be placed easily for
optimised prosthesis alignment. Depending on the available free space,
it makes a direct connection to the Ottobock 3WR95 Aqua Knee. The
4WR95=1 lamination anchor pyramid adapter (see Fig. 2) or the 4WR95=2
lamination anchor pyramid receiver (see Fig. 3) can be unscrewed. This
screw connection can also be turned in and out for adjustment purposes.
