12. Check the voltage level of key areas

Connect the Black lead of multi tester to Chassis ground

1.  Use DC voltage  setting  of multi meter
2.  All OPAMPs  should remove from the socket.
3.  If, all voltage are working OK, then insert OPAMPs and check the same points again.
4.  All voltage should be the same before/after OPAMs  insertion.
