Options

Mute the hearing aid

Use the mute function if you need to silence the hearing aid. Only available 

for hearing aids with push-button. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Do not use the mute function as an off switch, as the hearing aids are still using 

battery power in this mode.

Apply a very long press 

(> 2.4 seconds) to the push-

button to mute the hearing 

aid. To reactivate the hearing 

aid, push the button briefly.

NOTE: the mute function only mutes the microphone(s) on the hearing aids.
