STEP 1: To change the tilting angle of the fan
head; simply loosen the tilt adjustment
knob.
STEP 2: Move the fan head to the desired angle,
and firmly tighten the knob to lock in
place.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Follow these instructions to adjust the height of
the fan.
STEP 1: Turn the height adjustment collar
counterclockwise to loosen pole.
STEP 2: Adjust the extension pole to the desired
height, and firmly tighten the height
adjustment collar in a clockwise
direction.
CLEANING/MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Follow these instructions to correctly and safely
care for your fan. Please remember:
FAN CLEANING
• Always unplug the fan before cleaning or
disassembling.
• Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan
motor housing.
• Use a soft cloth moistened with a soap solution
to carefully clean the front and rear grills.
• Do not use any of the following as a cleaner:
gasoline, thinner, benzene.
FAN BLADE CLEANING
1. To access the fan blade, remove the front grill
and blade cap.
2. Clean the fan blade, front and rear grills with a
soft moist cloth.
3. Replace blade, tighten blade cap, and
securely fasten the front grill (see Assembly
Instructions to ensure the fan blade, front and
rear grills are assembled properly).
FAN HEAD, BASE AND POLE CLEANING
Using a soft, moist cloth with or without a mild
soap
solution carefully clean the fan base, pole
and head.
Please use caution around the motor housing
area. Do not allow the motor or other electrical
components to be exposed to water.
FAN STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Your fan can be stored in the off season either
partially disassembled or assembled. It is
important to keep it in a
safe dry location.
• If stored disassembled, we recommend using
the original (or appropriately sized) box.
• If stored assembled or partially assembled,
remember to protect the fan head from dust.
NOTE:
This fan can also be used during the cold
winter season to circulate warm air throughout
your home.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
(SEE FIGURE 1)
1. Remove the four screws from the 2 base
legs.
2. Position base leg (cut out on bottom) on top
of second base leg (cut out on top).
3. Align holes of pole flange with holes on base
legs and secure with the four screws
removed in Step 1.
4. Remove height adjustment collar and slide
decorative base cover over top of extension
pole.
5. Replace height adjustment collar.
6. Loosen fan post screw and slide control
panel housing over top of extension pole.
Tighten fan post screw.
7. Line up the slots of the rear grill with the
notches on the motor housing assembly.
When properly aligned, the handle of the rear
grill should be in the 12 o'clock position.
8. Secure rear grill to motor housing assembly
with rear grill mounting nut. Turn clockwise to
tighten.
9. Slide blade over motor shaft.
10. Secure fan blade to motor shaft with the
blade cap. Turn counter-clockwise to tighten.
11. Open the expandable grill clips located
around the perimeter of the front grill and
remove the grill screw and nut located on the
bottom of the grill.
12. Slide the hanging clip located on the top of
the front grill over the top of the rear grill.
13. Close expandable clips over the rear grill.
14. Replace grill screw and nut and tighten with
screw driver.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Set fan base on a dry, level surface.
2. Plug cord into any standard outlet.
3. The speed is adjusted by pressing the speed
control buttons to the desired setting: Off (0),
HIGH (3), MEDIUM (2), LOW (1).
4. The oscillation control knob is located on the
top of the fan motor housing. To start
oscillation, push oscillation knob down. To
stop oscillation, pull oscillation knob all the
way up.
ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Follow these instructions to tilt the fan head for
upward angle air movement.

1. Saque los cuatro tornillos de las dos patas
de la base.
2. Coloque la pata con la ranura en la parte
inferior, sobre la pata con la ranura en la
parte superior.
3. Alinee los agujeros de la brida del poste con
los agujeros de las patas y fíjelos con los
tornillos que sacó en el paso 1.

bien alineadas, la manija de la rejilla
posterior debe quedar como si marcara las
12:00 en un reloj.
8. Utilice la tuerca de montaje para fijar la rejilla
posterior al conjunto de la carcasa del motor
y gírela hacia la derecha para apretarla.
9. Deslice las aspas sobre el eje del motor.
10. Utilice el casquillo para fijar las aspas al eje
del motor y gírelo hacia la izquierda para
apretarlo.
11. Abra los sujetadores de extensión de la
rejilla ubicados alrededor de toda la rejilla
delantera, y saque el tornillo y la tuerca que
se encuentran en la parte inferior de la rejilla.
12. Deslice el sujetador móvil —ubicado en la
parte superior de la rejilla delantera— sobre
la parte superior de la rejilla posterior.
13. Cierre los sujetadores de extensión sobre la
rejilla posterior.
14. Vuelva a colocar el tornillo y la tuerca de la
rejilla y apriételos con un destornillador.
INSTRUCCIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
1. Coloque la base del ventilador sobre una
superficie seca y nivelada.
2. Enchufe el cable en cualquier toma corriente
estándar.
3. La velocidad se ajusta presionando los
botones del control de velocidad de acuerdo

(2), VELOCIDAD BAJA (1).
4. La perilla de control de la oscilación se

la perilla hacia abajo. Para detener la
oscilación, hale la perilla hacia arriba.
AJUSTE DE LA ALTURA

LIMPIEZA DEL CABEZAL, LA BASE Y EL
POSTE
Para limpiar la base, el poste y el cabezal del
ventilador utilice un paño suave humedecido.
Puede usar una solución jabonosa no muy
fuerte, si lo desea. Proceda con cuidado en el
área de la carcasa del motor. No permita que el
motor ni ningún otro componente eléctrico entre
en contacto con agua.
ALMACENAMIENTO DEL VENTILADOR
Durante las temporadas cuando no lo necesite,
puede guardar el ventilador ya sea parcialmente
desarmado o totalmente ensamblado. Es
importante mantenerlo en un lugar seguro y
seco.
• Si lo va a guardar desarmado, recomendamos
que utilice la caja original (u otra caja de
tamaño adecuado).
• Si lo va a guardar ensamblado o parcialmente
desarmado, recuerde proteger el cabezal del
ventilador para que no se llene de polvo.
NOTA:
Puede utilizar el ventilador durante la

When using electrical appliances, basic safety
precautions should always be followed to reduce
