MAINTENANCE AND ClEANING
Your Chai and Drink Maker should be cleaned after every
use. Please allow the unit time to cool before cleaning.
You can wash the mixing stirrer and lid in the dishwasher.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR BASE AND PITCHER
IN WATER (Figure 1).
1. Remove pitcher from base and pour out any
remaining contents from the pitcher (Figure 2). Place
on kitchen counter.
2. Remove the stirrer by pulling straight up (Figure 3).
3. Wash the pitcher interior by pouring a combination of
mild detergent and water into the reservoir and wiping
clean with a soft damp cloth. Do not use any abrasive
or scouring pads, as this will scratch the plastic which
can lead to breakage. Rinse.
4. Wash the lid and the stirrer with a mild detergent and
water. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
5. Replace the stirrer by pushing down on the shaft until
a click is heard.
6. Unplug the base from electrical outlet. Wipe the
exterior of the motor base and pitcher with a clean,
damp cloth.
7. Store the unit with lid ajar.
