Supply air unit do give a controlled flow, filtration and
heating of the air.
The unit, having an isolation of 50 mm with a plastic
coated surface, can be placed in a warm or cold area.
All plates are from galvanised sheet metal.
SAU 250 E is as standard delivered with filter ISO
Coarse 80%, fan and heating coil. The coil is protected
against freezing by an automatic switch that breaks the
current at a given value. (Automatically re-set when
the set temperature is exceeded).
A control unit is a possible accessory, consisting of
regulator, 3-way valve, shutter valve motor and duct
sensor. A 5-step transformer is a suitable controller for
the fan.
The motor is a maintenance free ball bearing moun-
ted external rotor motor, with a backward curved
impeller. The fan is easy to clean due to the swing-out
design.
The standard filter can be replaced by ISO ePM1
65% (accessory).

The unit is delivered complete with filter (ISO Coarse
65%), fans and heater. Filter ISO Coarse 80% and ISO
ePM1 65% are available as accessories.
Unit cover and additional metal parts are manu-
factured of galvanised steel and are insulated with 50
mm insulation. This has a weaved fiberglass surface
which is easy to clean. The unit can be placed in a warm
or cold area.
The motor is a maintenance free ball bearing moun-
ted external rotor motor, with a backward curved
impeller. The fan is easy to clean due to the swing-out
design.
The unit is equipped with overheating protection
for the heater - one automatic switch that break the
current at 80
O
C and two manual switches that breaks
the current at 120
O
C. With the externally placed ope-
rating panel one can choose between two fan speeds as
well as on/off for the heater radiator.
The heater is electrically integrated with the fan.
The flow is factory pre-set so that air speed through
the electrical heating battery does not fall below 1,5
m/s (position one on the SAU’s operating panel). The
unit can also be delivered with a built-in pulser* (with
an externally placed switch to select the proper value)
and duct sensor.
