Troubleshooting guide

The pump appears 

not to be on running

The mains supply is 

plugged in. The switch 

is in the on position. 

The fuse in the plug is 

not blown

Connect the appliance 

to the nearest mains 

socket and ensure that 

the power indicator light 

is on

Contact OSKA Service

The pump appears 

to be on running 

but is not reaching 

the desired pressure 

setting

The hoses are 

connected correctly

Disconnect the hoses 

and re-connect them in 

to the outlet connectors 

on the side of the pump

The pump is running 

but is not inflating 

the cushion

The hoses are 

connected correctly

Disconnect the hoses 

and re-connect them in 

to the outlet connectors 

on the side of the pump
