1.2 Usage Method
Please make sure the cleanness of the optical glass inside the probe. You can use a cotton swap to clean
the optical glass; if moistened with alcohol, waiting and restarting after 5 minutes, otherwise the result of
measurement will be too low.
Measuring method (ear):
Perform an ear tug to straighten the ear canal. This gives the thermometer a clear view of the eardrum.

Operation Instructions
While tugging the ear, fit the probe snugly into the ear canal as far as possible and press the measurement
button. Release it, when you hear the Beep.
Children under 1 year:
Pull the ear straight back.
Children aged 1 year to adult
Pull the ear up and back.
