4. How to use
The relay’s PCB is placed in a plastic enclosure with a removable cover (Figure 1).
A tamper switch, a terminal blocks for power and load, a multi-color LED indicator and
RESET
contacts to initiate the process of binding with the Lun-R receiver are placed on the relay’s PCB.
Figure 1. Relay and its cover
Depending on external actions, the relay transmits the following events to the Lun-R receiver:
●
If the housing cover is opened, the tamper will be triggered and the
tamper alarm
event
will be generated;
●
If the housing cover is closed, the tamper will be triggered and the
tamper norm
event
will be generated.
In addition, the relay transmits periodic test signals to the receiver to confirm its operability.
When the test signals stop, the control panel generates the
relay communication lost
event.
The relay switching is carried out in accordance with the commands transmitted from the
control panel of the "Lun" series (see the Control Panel operating manual). The relay supports single
and periodic switching modes with a frequency of 0.5Hz or 1Hz.
4.1. Modes Indication
The relay modes displays by multicolored LED:
Binding
– blinking green while waiting for a signal from the Lun-R receiver to register in
the control panel memory;
Bound
– when the binding is completed successfully – turning on red for 2…3 seconds.
