1. Introducing
This user manual describes the Orlaco DVR - One Channel 32Gb.
The DVR - One Channel 32Gb is a Digital video recorder with one
camera input (PAL or NTSC) and one video output. It can be used
with Orlaco compact cameras (4pin connector) or AF-Zoom camer-
as (7 Pin connector).
The recorded video files are stored on a SD memory card and can
be viewed on a PC.
The DVR - One Channel 32Gb is based on the 0000250 – DVR Mul-
tiview. The Orlaco DVR-Multiview is a video view system for up to 4
cameras PAL or NTSC.
The DVR - One Channel 32Gb has a OSD menu were settings can
be made, To access The OSD Menu an Orlaco serial monitor must
be connected to the 7pin LCD connection of the DVR - One Channel
32Gb. A Monitor connected to the 4 Pin does not give access to
the menu, the OSD menu is based on the DVR Multiview. Because
of that some menu options are not used in the DVR - One Channel
32Gb.
The DVR - One Channel 32Gb can only be used to connect and
record one video input. It is not possible to apply an Orlaco Switch-
er or Multiview with multiple views behind the DVR - One Channel
32Gb. The signals to switch to other cameras or views are not
available.
When a system must be equipped with more than one camera, the
0000250 – DVR Multiview must be chosen.
2. Quad Service menu
Please first refer to the Orlaco Monitor User Manual (UM0972080)
for accessing and using and the external device configuration (Ext.
device config) selection. When the Ext. device config is selected you
will see the Quad Service menu, see figure 2.
Note: To exit the Quad Service menu, press de Option button
for 3 seconds.
The ‘Quad Service’ menu offers the following possibilities:
Channel mode, Camera settings, Camera tags, Recording settings,
Advanced settings and Info.
The following chapters will explain these possibilities.
3. Channel mode
This menu option is not used in the DVR - One Channel 32Gb.
Please do not change the default setting: NOR.
