How to calculate loads

Use the calculating formula below for the axial load and moment load.

Example 1;  When an external force F is applied on the position of distance 
L from the center of the output flange

Axial load: Fs [N] = F + mg (Load mass)
Moment load: 

M [N·m] = F × L

Inspection

It is recommended that periodic inspections would be conducted for the items listed 
below after each operation of the motor. If an abnormal condition is noted, discontinue 
any use and contact your nearest Oriental Motor sales office.

Are there any abnormal noises in the motor bearings (ball bearings) or other moving

Are there any scratches, signs of stress or loose driver connection in the motor lead

Are the motor’s output shaft and load shaft out of alignment?
