USING THE DUAL-TIME FUNCTION [ DJ(40P)]
* The Dual-Time Function is a function that allows two different times to be
displayed simultaneously.
Two different times can be displayed simultaneously with this model using
time display with the hour and second hands and using a 24-hour hand that
can be set separately. Only cities with time differences set in increments of
whole hours can be selected for the Dual-Time Function.

HOW TO SET THE 24-HOUR HAND
Before setting the 24-hour hand, first make sure that the time displayed is
set to the current time.
The hour/minute hands and 24-hour hand move in conjunction with each
other. Set the time before setting the 24-hour hand. (Refer to “  HOW TO
SET THE TIME [DJ(40P)].”)
(1) Pull the crown out to the first click.
* The crown on this watch can be
pulled out to either of two clicks.
(2) Slowly turn the crown counter-
clockwise, and set the 24-hour hand
to a given time.
* The 24-hour hand will turn in the
clockwise direction in increments of
whole hours.
* Slowly turn the crown while
checking the movement of the 24-
hour hand in increments of whole
hours.
* While the 24-hour hand is being
set, other hands may also move
slightly. This is not a malfunction.
