“My call was cut off when I went out of range of the base unit. Now
I cannot use my handset.”

• Please move the handset closer to the base unit.

“I hear a tone while I am using my handset, and the battery symbol
on the display is “empty.”

• The battery needs to be recharged. Put the handset into the

charger; it will take up to 15 hours to be fully charged.

“I’ve tried recharging the batteries, but I still get a warning that it is
not charged.”

• The batteries probably need to be replaced.

“The handset does not ring when a call comes in.”

• Due to radio interference in the environment, occasional loss of

synchronization between the handset and base unit may have
occurred for a very short period. The base unit will quickly change
to another channel automatically to overcome the interference and
restore the synchronization. You can also move the handset near the
base unit to reduce the interference.
