ORC-HC2 Room Thermostat
Heating Test
Full Test -
heating ensure the mechanical installation is complete (for example UFH actuators are wired and
tested manually.
Follow documentation for testing procedure. Please contact orcomm or the approved partner should require
another copy.
Quick test
–
To test the heating set the Thermostat Room Controller to maximum degrees. Wait for 1 minute
and check the mechanical equipment has changed state. Once active set degrees to minimum and check
mechanical equipment.
Modbus Address test
–
To test and ensure the TRC is set to correct Modbus ID follow ORC-HC2 instructions.
To enter hidden menu on TRC.
Press power to turn off.
Then press
“
M
”
followed with
“
Clock/Fan
”
then release after 3 seconds (or when screen
changes)
Then press
“
M
”
till you reach option 9, and the number displayed in larger text is Modbus ID.
To change select
“
up
”
and
“
down
”
till desired ID number then wait for 5 seconds and it will save
and also time out.
If correct wait for time out on screen.
