SINGLE-PHASE STATIC METER

DOMOTAX TeLeGeST PRIME

INSTRUCTIONS ON USE

DESCRIPTION:

The DOMOTAX TeLeGeST PRIME is a single-phase static meter for
measuring both active and reactive energy. It is directly connected to the
interior installation, with communications capabilities and functions that
allow telemanagement.

It complies with the requirements of Directive 2014/32/UE, RD 244/2016
and ORDEN ITC/3022/2007.

Main characteristics:

1.

Register for measuring both active and reactive energy
consumption, in import and export.

2.

Register for measuring both inductive and capacitive reactive
energy consumption.

3.

Six tariff periods, each with its maximum power register.

4.

A single pulsed LED configured for active or reactive energy.

5.

The equipment measures the following electrical magnitudes in any
quadrant:

- Active power
- Reactive power
- rms voltage
- rms current
-  Phi, cos phi

6.

It is fitted with an omnipolar circuit breaker.

7.

Communications may be remote (via a PLC) or local (via an optical
interface).

8.

Detects and registers the opening of terminal covers.

9.

Detects and registers power supply circuit breaker operations and
resets.

INSTALLATION

The seals may only be removed by authorised personnel.
MOUNTING: The equipment is secured by means of the three holes that
form the securing triangle according to DIN 43 857, using the following
mounting dimensions:

CONNECTION

Connect according to the wiring diagram, depending on model

During wiring, it is essential to secure the wire in place using both
screws.

The power terminals accept wires up to 7.5 mm in diameter (from 6 to 25
mm

wire section) using two M6 screws.

Auxiliary terminal block accepts wires up to 2.5 mm diameter.

DATA DISPLAY

Data is automatically shown on the screen. Another way to display data
is to repeatedly press the Info button.

CHANGING SUMMER-WINTER TIME

Summer-winter time changeover is automatically performed on the
official dates.

CLOSING

A time period can be closed in three different ways:

-

Manually, by pressing the Close key

-

By means of remote optical communications

-

Automatically at the programmed time, on the programmed date of

each month.
