Cleaning and maintenance of device
Instructions for cleaning door seals, confined interior (hollow) spaces, and
adjacent parts of equipment
• In order to ensure safe operation and achieve optimum device life, it is
important that the device is kept regularly clean.
• Always remove all food, grease and scalding residues after use.
• Failure to observe regular and proper maintenance of the device will reduce
its safety and practical life.
Warning!
• Never spill water or other liquids on or on the device.
• When cleaning the device, follow these procedures and instructions:
1. Cleaning of doors, door seals and interior (hollow) spaces and adjacent
parts.
Warning!
• It is very important that the door closes well and that the door and door seal
are not dirty and damaged in any way.
• Door hinges and locks and sealing surfaces of doors and adjacent parts
must not be damaged or soiled.
• It is expressly forbidden to change, adjust or repair doors, control panel,
locks or other parts of the device. If they are damaged, they must only be
repaired by a qualified service technician.
• When cleaning the interior, take care not to damage or remove e.g.
waveguide splash guard (if included).
Do not remove waveguide cover.
- Use only a soft sponge or cloth and liquid cleaners intended for cleaning
and washing the kitchen utensils for cleaning doors, door seals and
adjacent parts as well as the interior of the device.
• Do not use abrasive (abrasive) cleaning agents such as abrasives. steel
wires, cleaning powders and the like Do not use any scrapers or sharp
tools.
• Do not use steam and / or high-pressure cleaners as they may damage the
safety parts of the device.
- Apply a small amount of liquid detergent concentrate to the sponge or
cloth. Wipe off contaminated parts with adequate pressure but thoroughly
to remove all food and fat residues.
- Wipe cleaned surfaces of doors, door seals and interior spaces and parts
with a soft cloth and warm water.
• Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any detergent residue.
- Always wipe the cleaned and washed surfaces of doors, door seals and
interior spaces thoroughly with a soft cloth or paper towel.
