BLUETOOTH wireless technology
BLUETOOTH wireless technology is a short-range technology that enables wireless data
communication between digital devices such as digital devices. PC and digital camera. The
BLUETOOTH wireless technology operates within a range of approx. 10 m.
Connecting two devices is mutual, but some devices can be connected to multiple devices at
the same time.
No cable is required for interconnection, nor is it necessary to position the devices opposite
each other as in infrared technology. For example, you can use your devices even when
they’re in your backpack or pocket.
The BLUETOOTH standard is an international standard supported and used by many
companies around the world.
Maximum communication reach
The maximum communication range may be shorter in the following conditions.
There are obstacles such as persons, metal or wall between this system and the
BLUETOOTH device. A LAN device is used near this system.
A microwave oven is used near this system.
In the vicinity of this system, a device generating electromagnetic radiation is used.
Interference from other devices
BLUETOOTH and wireless LAN (IEEE802.11b / g) devices use the same frequency, so if
you use this system near a wireless LAN device, microwave interference can occur which
can cause communication speed deterioration, noise, or poor connection. In this case, do the
following.
Use this system at least 10 m away from the wireless LAN device.
If you are using this system at a distance of less than 10 m from the wireless LAN device, turn
off the wireless LAN device.
