Before operating the equipment please read the Health & Safety precautions,
manufacturer’s recommendations and the operation manual.
•
The operation manual should be easily available at any time for the operator.
•
The equipment must be installed on a sturdy level surface near a 220-240 V
AC 50/60 Hz correctly earth socket.
•
The equipment:
•
must be protected against dust and moisture.
•
must not be placed near the heating units or ventilation units.
•
must not be used in vicinity of inflammable liquids or gases.
•
Do not put anything on top off the equipment.
•
The power supply cable must be protected against damage.
•
Must not be used to pull or move the equipment or to remove the plug
from the socket.
•
During a long standstill or before moving the equipment, the plug should
be removed from a mains socket.
•
The equipment should be kept away from children’s and animal’s reach.
•
Danger! Equipment contains rotary elements. Take care of long hair,
loose jewellery, ties and other loose pieces of clothing – they can be
entangled into the rollers!
•
Danger!! The equipment contains heating area – pay special attention.
Do not touch the equipment or put any inflammable materials on the
equipment!
•
After using the laminator must be turned off by main switch or by
unplugging it from the power socket. Do not cover the feed opening,
so that the rollers cool down.
•
The equipment must not be used for any other purposes than those
indicated in the instruction manual,
•
It is necessary to check and supervise if the equipment operates correctly.
In case of any malfunctions, it is required to contact the service team.
•
The equipment must not be located outside, should be operated in room
temperature higher than +8C
•
Before removing any cover from the equipment, remove the plug from
a socket.
•
Using inappropriate lubricants causes the fire hazard.
•
The equipment should be operated according to general safety rules.
•
The equipment should be unplugged immediately, in case of any defect.
Any repairs can be conducted only by authorised staff.
•
There are high voltage parts inside this equipment. To avoid electric shock, do not
open the cover without unplugging the cable from the socket.
•
Be careful when using end cutter.
•
Moving parts can crush and cut.
•
Do not touch the rollers while operating or directly after operating to avoid any
possible scald
• Safety switch is placed on the left front side of the equipment. Press the button in
case of any emergency situation!
