Device-specific safety instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, improper use
can cause hazards such as short circuit, fire, electric shock, etc.
• Do not use the device for purposes other than its intended purpose.
• Before switching on the device, check whether the mains voltage corresponds to the parameters
given on the device’s data plate.
• Use the device on a smooth and stable surface.
• The following warning or information symbol has been affixed to the product:
WARNING: Hot surface! Danger of burns!
During operation, the surface temperature with which the user comes into contact can be very high.
• Never work with the machine without oil or fat. Danger of fire!
• Do not use the oil deep fryer below the minimum level or above the maximum level.
• Never add water to oil! Danger of explosion / explosion!
• Overheated oils and fats may catch fire. Be careful! Remember to switch off the device after use!
• Never spill oil out of a hot appliance. Leave the fryer to cool down.
• Never lean over the open deep fat fryer as you may get burned by hot oil.
• After frying, always wait a few seconds for the steam pressure below the lid to open before
opening the lid.
• Children between 0 and 8 years old cannot use this device. Use of the device by children aged
8 years and above may only take place under the constant supervision of adults. The device may be
used by persons with reduced mental, sensory or mental abilities or who have a lack of experience
and / or knowledge, if they are under supervision or have been properly implemented in the field of
safe use of the device and are aware of the dangers arising from its use. The device and connecting
cable should be kept away from children under 8 years old. Children should not perform cleaning
or maintenance operations on the device. Children must not play with the device.
• Keep the deep fryer under strict control during use or when the oil is still hot.
• Do not move the deep fryer during use or when the oil is still hot.
