FRYER HANDLE
It allows lifting and lowering the basket with the lid closed. Raise the handle upwards to lift the handle. Lower the handle to lower
the basket.
LID BUTTON
Press the button to let off the steam.
THERMOSTAT AND CONTROL LAMP
The thermostat is calibrated for temperatures of 150°C,
170°C and 190°C, which allows you to select optima
temperature to prepared course.
TEMP:
TEMPERATURE LIGHT lights automati-
cally when the temperature increases and turns off when
the desired temperature value is reached.
POWER
: POWER LIGHT lights automatically
when the power cord is plugged into alternating current
socket.
REMOVING THE LID
Place the lid vertically and pull it upwards.
FILTER
The filter in the lid needs to be exchanged after 60 uses of the Fryer
OPERATION AND OPERATION
• Wash the basket and grease container before first use.
• Wipe dry.
• Place the fryer on a stable and level surface away from children.
• Fill the tank with oil or fat at most to the maximum MAX level, but
not less than to the MIN level (approx. 2-2.5 l oil).
CAUTION:
Use only good, reliable vegetable fat or
deep frying oil. Frying in butter, margarine, olive oil
or animal fat is not recommended as these fats eva

porate at lower temperatures.
