Upgrade of
Linux Kernel
to v5.4 LTS
along with
associated
drivers
At OPSWAT we strive to keep MetaDefender Drive underlying system as
up to date as possible. As a result we are happy to announce that this
version of MetaDefender Drive has up taken the Linux Kernel v5.4 LTS
along with many of the most up to date associated drivers. This
improvement will help us to support a larger amount of user hardware
more efficiently.
Improved
Integration
with OPSWAT
Central
Management
MetaDefender Drive has improved its integration to OPSWAT Central
Management. This includes increased localization support of settings in
different languages. Along with limiting the ability to modify settings not
found on the managed Drive due to licensing restrictions.
Fixed
Fixed bug in
settings for
Vulnerability
There was a bug in settings that allowed a user to disable Vulnerability but
under certain conditions they could not reactivate it.
