Perfect Pick HD User Manual - OPEX Corporation
Overview
This chapter describes how to run the machine. There are two modes of
operation with the Perfect Pick HD:
• Continuous Mode - in this mode, totes are pulled from the storage locations
in the stacker section and presented to the operator at the pick station. The
operator then picks the specific item(s) from within the tote to fill orders.
•
Replenish Mode
- This mode is used for restocking inventory. An empty (or
near empty) tote is presented to the operator to be refilled. The operator
then puts the specified amount of items into the iBOT-delivered tote. For
more on this procedure, see “Replenish mode” on page 49.
Starting up the system
The Perfect Pick HD Host PC will launch the Host software as part of the
system’s start-up routine. If you mistakenly close the Host software, or if the
Host software does not start with the machine, you can start it manually.
1. If the Host software is not already running, double-click on the Perfect Pick
HD icon (Figure 19) on the desktop OR click
