Bolts loose
Grab rail bracket lifted up onto the bed frame
Grab rail bracket secured to bed frame

to the bed frame channel, insert the side skirt bolt through the side channel
and in to a spacer before inserting the bolt in to the Signature Comfort Side
Skirt. Repeat this for all four spacers and bolts, tighten bolts with an Allen Key.
