After completion of the assembly work we recommend the cleaning of the stain
less steel surfaces of the glass with suitable commercial cleaning agents. For
aluminium surfaces use a soft microfibre cloth. Do not use dry cloths. Use a mild
window cleaner and no aggressive, acidic or alkaline cleaners!
Do not use abrasive cleaners!
Packaging
The packaging of the cooker hood is recyclable. Cardboard and polyethylene film
(PE) are used as packaging materials. These materials must be disposed of in an
environmentally friendly manner and in accordance with local regulations.
Extractor hood
Your municipality will also be happy to advise you on the environmentally sound
disposal of obsolete household appliances.
All models from the house OPERA are marked in accordance with the European
Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). This
directive defines the frame-work conditions for the EU-wide take-back and recycling of
waste electrical and electronic equipment. Please contact your specialist dealer for
information on current disposal methods.
