Authentication
User
Just a username used when registering.
Register
Extension
When Gateway registers as a SIP user agent to a SIP proxy
(provider), calls from this provider connect to this local
extension.
Register User
Register user name, it is the user of register =>
user[:secret[:authuser]]@host[:port][/extension].
Contact User
e.g. When the Contact User is 402
Contact: <sip:402@172.16.6.123:5060;transport=UDP>
From User A username to identify the gateway to this endpoint.
From Domain A domain to identify the gateway to this endpoint.
Port The port number used by the gateway to link the peer.
