Assembly / Operating Instructions
WARNING:
To prevent death or serious
injury from the toy box lid closing on a
child, the gas strut support device must
be installed according to the instructions.
To ensure the Toy Box lid doesn’t open
automatically, ensure the gas strut is
secured with the strut mount screws into
the pre drilled holes, as shown in the
image right.
Slide bottom board into the groove on the base of the panel
until it firmly fits into the side panel.
Attach the right side panel following the
same steps 1-3.
Finally attach the front panel also
following steps 1-3.
Attach lid with the 4 x 10mm screws
remaining. Do not overtighten.
To attach gas strut, simply orientate
the gas strut so that the main body is
in the lower position. Firmly press both
ends onto the mounts until they click
into position.
The Toy Box is now ready for use.

How to care for your Toy Box
Cleaning
To ensure the long-lasting use of your Toy Box, wipe down with a damp cloth and use a mild
soap solution if necessary. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Always store product in a clean dry
place.
Maintenance
Always check parts regularly for tightness of bolts, nuts and other fasteners – tighten or
replace if required. To maintain the safety of your Toy Box, seek prompt repairs for bent, torn,
worn or broken parts. Use only those parts and accessories approved by CNP Brands.
