Assembly / Operating Instructions
Assembling Toy Box
1.
Place the rear panel on a flat surface.
2. Place the left side panel into position.
3. Place a barrel nut into the hole.
Ensure the barrel nut is lined up with
the slot parallel to where the bolt
will be inserted. Using the allen key/
screwdriver combination, secure left
side panel with 2 screws (40mm).
Attaching Gas Strut
1.
Using the allen key/screwdriver combination, firmly fasten the
upper gas strut mount with the three upper strut mount screws
(10mm) into the pre drilled holes on the lid. Ensure that the ball
end of the mount is facing right. As shown in image A.
2. Using the two lower strut mount screws (10mm) attach the
second gas strut mount to the rear panel via the pre drilled
holes. Ensure that the ball end of the mount is facing left. As
shown in image B.
