The following discs will not be played back in this unit.
BD and DVD are recorded in different colour systems
throughout the world. The most common colour system,
used primarily in the U.K. and other EU countries, is PAL.
This unit uses the PAL system. However, it is also possible
to play back BD and DVD using other colour systems, such
as NTSC.
The contents of BD/DVD are generally divided into titles.
Titles may be further subdivided into chapters.
Audio CDs are divided into tracks.
Data discs or SD Memory Cards containing MP3 / JPEG /
DivX
®
are divided into folders, and the folders are
subdivided into files.
You can check information about the current disc by
pressing
[DISPLAY]
.
To call the on-screen display menu, press
[DISPLAY]
during playback. Every time you press
[DISPLAY]
, the
information changes. Depending on the media, available
information varies.

• Super audio CD - Only the sound on the CD layer can
be heard. The sound on the high-density super audio
CD layer cannot be heard.
• Playability of dual discs are not guaranteed.
• BD-RE/-R recorded in BDAV format or non compatible
recording format.
