Troubleshooting guide

Insufficient storage space:

When the storage space is insufficient, the indicator light

will display standby status, automatically save the current files and shut down. If you
want to continue to use this video recording function, copy the necessary files to a
computer and delete old stored documents in order to free up enough storage space
for the new recording.

Insufficient battery charge:

When the battery charge is insufficient, the

blue

 indicator

light will start flashing fast and then turn off. The device will automatically save the
current files and then shut down. To continue using the recorder, you must recharge
the battery first.

Failure to respond:

If the video recorder fails to respond due to an improper

operation or other reason, use a pin to press the

Reset

 button to restart the device.
