REMOTE OVERVIEW
OPERATIONS
10) FAN SPEED Button: Press the button to select the Fan speed in the sequence: AUTO, LOW, MED and
HIGH. Each time the button is pressed, the fan speed selection is shifted.
11) TIMER ON Button: Press this button to activate the Auto-on time setting. Each press will Increase the
time setting in 30 minutes increments if the setting time is lower than 10 hours. When the setting time
reaches 10h, each press will increase the time setting 1 hour in increments. To cancel the Auto-on time
setting, just press the button until the time setting is 0.0.
12) SLEEP Button: Press this button to activate the Energy-Saving mode. Press again to stop the function.
This function is available on COOL, HEAT or AUTO mode only and maintains the most comfortable
temperature for you
NOTE: While the unit is running under SLEEP mode, it would be cancelled if ON/OFF, FAN SPEED, SLEEP
or MODE button is pressed
13) TIMER OFF Button: Press this button to activate the Auto-off time setting. Each press will increase t
he time setting in 30 minutes increments if the setting time is lower than 10 hours. When the setting
time reaches 10h, each press will increase the time setting 1 hour in increments. To cancel the Auto-off
time setting, just press the button until the time setting is 0.0.
14) LOCK Button: Press this recessed button to lock all current settings, and the remote controller will
not accept any operation except that of the LOCK. Use the LOCK mode whenyou want to prevent
settings from being changed accidentally. Press the LOCK button again to cancel the LOCK function.
A lock symbol will appear on the remote controller display when the lock function is activated.
15) TURBO Button: Push this button to activate the Turbo function which enables the unit to reach the
preset temperature in the shortest time. When press this button on cooling mode, the unit will blow
strong cooling air with super high fan speed. When press this button on heating mode(applicable to the
unit adopts PTC only), the PTC will be energized and bring fast heating operation.
Note: The unit system will automatically revert back to the previous settings after continue
operating under powerful cooling mode for about half an hour.
16) LED DISPLAY Button: Press this button to clear the display on the indoor unit, press it again to light
the display

Buttons design might be slightly different from the actual one you purchased depending on
individual models. All the functions described are accomplished by the indoor unit. If the
indoor unit has no this feature, there is no corresponding operation happened when press
the relative button on the remote controller
CLEAN AIR function(on some models)
Improving the quality of indoor air is one of the mission of an air conditioner. This air
conditioner is equipped with ionizer or Plasma Dust Collector(Depending on specific
configuration of the model). With the anions generated by Ionizer, the air circulation
of the air conditioner fills the room with refreshing, natural and healthy air. The Plasma
Dust Collector generates an high voltage ionization zone, through which the air is
converted to plasma. Inside the air most of the dust, smoke, and pollen particles are
captured by the electrostatic filter.
SELF CLEAN function
Function used after the Shut Down of cooling operation to clean the Evaporator and
keep it as fresh for the next operation.
The unit will operate as following sequence :
FAN ONLY mode at Low fan speed--Heating operation with LOW fan speed
(applicable to cooling& heating modles only) ---FAN ONLY operation--Stop
Operation---Turn off. This function is only available under COOL(AUTO COOL,
FORCED COOL) and DRY mode.
Before select the function, it is recommended to run the air conditioner under
Cooling operation for about half an hour. Once the Self Clean function is activated,
all TIMER setting will be cancelled.
During Self Clean operation, when press the SELF CLEAN button on the remote
controller again will stop the operation and turn off the unit automatically.
Follow Me function
The remote control serves as a remote thermostat allowing for the precise
temperature control at its location. To activate the Follow Me feature,point the
remote control towards the unit and press the Follow Me button. The remote
display is actual temperature at its location. The remote control will send this signal
to the air conditioner every 3 minutes interval until press the Follow Me button
again. If the unit does not receive the Follow Me signal during any 7 minute interval
, the Follow Me mode will be cancelled automatically.
