Configures the baud rate. Use the
following values to specify the baud rate:
nn=00: 1200 BAUD
nn=01: 2400 BAUD
nn=02: 4800 BAUD
nn=03: 9600 BAUD (default)
nn=04: 19.2K BAUD
nn=05: 38.4 BAUD
nn=06: 57.6 BAUD
nn=07: 115.2K BAUD
