before performing any inspection, maintenance, or cleaning procedures.

 inspect the general condition of this product. Check for loose, 

cracked or broken parts, damaged electrical wiring, and any other condition that 
may affect its safe operation.  

do not use damaged equipment.

After each use and after storing, clean the Solar Panel (5). Use a dry, soft cloth. 
Never use abrasive cleaners; they will damage the unit.  You may use a mild deter-
gent.   Dry throughly. Never submerge the main unit, or any other part in water or 
any other liquid.
