8. Plug the upper meter cable into the meter (15). Insert the Meter (11) and meter bracket (12) into the Post tube (4).
9. Install the pedals (10) into the screw holes of the crank respectively.
10. Make sure you have assembled the apparatus correctly before using it! Ensure that all bolts, nuts etc, are firmly fixed.
