Device Setup Change Setting (Bank)
Up to 16 types of irradiation methods can be stored in the ZUV, and a set of these
methods is called a "bank". Banks can be changed from an external device when
changing device setups.
The irradiation conditions of the respective channel are stored in the bank (the setting after
CH SET).
