This section shows troubleshooting when using the software tool.
Problems Cause Possible correction Reference
It is not possible to communicate
with the Main Unit from the software
tool The IP address of the com-
puter is automatically
acquired or fixedly set to a
segment different from the IP
address of the Main Unit. Set the IP address of the
computer to IP address of
same segment as the
Main Unit. ---
The IP address setting of the
Main Unit on the project is dif-
ferent from the actual IP
address. Reset the IP address of
the target Main Unit on the
Setting K6PM Screen.

The measured value is displayed,
but the value at a certain time is
fixed and does not change If the external trigger input
turns ON, the measurement
value immediately before the
input turns ON is held and dis-
played. Turn OFF the external trig-
ger. ---
